Widener University. Public Works Director for the City of Ocean City.
Started the PAL Lacrosse program in 2005. Came up with the name
"Enforcers".

Professor at Rowan University in
Health and Exercise Science, teaching undergraduate students in areas such
as Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, and Nutrition and working with
athletes at Rowan to design exercise and nutritional programs. I have
coached for 18 years starting with kids as young as 6 years of age up to
the High School Level. Sports coached includes: Football, Baseball,
Softball, Lacrosse, Street and Roller Hockey. Currently play Rugby and
Street Hockey in the spring and summer.

business (Sunshine Lawn Care) serving Atlantic County since 1995. I have
numerous years coaching various sports with 6 total Championships won.

coaching Lacrosse for PAL. Just completed Level 1 US Lacrosse

I have been a youth sports coach
NYSCA certified since 1989. As a youth myself, I played Baseball,
Basketball, and Football from age 8 through High School. I started
coaching youth sports in 1986 as a youth Soccer coach. Soon followed by
T-Ball, Little League, and Senior League over the years I coached 3
All-Star Baseball teams, all with Margate Youth Baseball. I coached Pee
Wee Basketball for 2nd grade through 6th grade in both Boys and Girls,
also in Margate. I have coached Football for the Ventnor Pirate
Organization from my personal favorite Pee Wee, through Varsity 8th grade.
From assistant to head coach 1987 through 1997 two All-star teams and one
Varsity league championship team. Currently in EHT, I have coached T-ball
and Pitching machine baseball. I am in my 3rd year of coaching EHTYO
Football as Head Taxi Coach and Assistant this year for Pee Wee. I now
have 1 season experience as a Head Coach of Youth Lacrosse with PAL and I
am looking forward to many more years with this sport, as I love it and
all my kids.

Ralph Bagnato, Assistant Head

Ralph has been a resident of EHT since 1998.
He has completed the 2008 Level I Coaching Certification with the US
Lacrosse Association in Robbinsville, NJ. He has experience playing
soccer, basketball, and baseball at West Deptford High; and soccer and
lacrosse at Elon University. He has coached youth soccer, high school
basketball and little league baseball, along with coaching several youth
lacrosse camps. Ralph is a certified athletic trainer with experience at
the high school, Division I college, olympic and professional levels. He
is currently a Physician Assistant practicing sports medicine/orthopedic
surgery in EHT at The Rothman Institute.

Born and raised on the Canadian border in Massena, NY. Graduated from
R.I.T. in Rochester, NY (1993). Have lived in Southern N J since 1994.
Father of 3 married for 14 years. Own a computer services business in
EHT (Business Computer Resources). Played baseball, and lacrosse as a
youth, and continued with ice hockey, soccer and golf through high
school. Continue to play men’s league ice hockey today. Have been an
ice hockey referee, head t-ball coach, street hockey sponsor and
assistant lacrosse coach.
